Help for the iPhone and iPad app
Sign in, tap PLAY, pick a mode (Solo, Duos, Trios, Squads or Custom) and start. Matches have 50 players and bots fill every spot, so you can always find a game.
Drop Royale plays in landscape. Turn your phone sideways and make sure Portrait Orientation Lock is off in Control Center.
Walk up to it and tap the use button that appears. Cars you drive in a match become your car in Ignition, the kart racing mode.
Jump again in the air from about two storeys up or higher to open it. Jump again to cut it away.
Yes. You sign in with Google or with an email and password. Your name, outfit, stats and leaderboard place are saved to your account, so they follow you to any device.
On the sign-in window, type your email and tap Forgot password. A reset link is emailed to you. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
Names are unique, so two players cannot share one, and capital letters do not make a name different. Pick another name in the Locker.
Open your account (your name or avatar at the top right of the main menu) and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Everything is erased permanently: your login, profile, stats, leaderboard entry, and reserved name. If you cannot get in, email us (see below) and we will delete it for you.
On the PLAY screen tap CREATE PARTY and share the party code. Friends tap JOIN and enter it. Parties hold up to 6 players.
Open the Games app on your iPhone or iPad (or Settings, then Game Center) and look for Drop Royale. You need to be signed in to Game Center in Settings. Wins and kills are reported after each match, so the leaderboards fill in after your next game.
Open SETTINGS from the main menu and lower the graphics quality. Closing other apps also helps.
Force-close the app and reopen it. If it keeps happening, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
Stats are saved when a match ends, so quitting mid-fight does not count. The leaderboard updates live; if something still looks off after a few minutes, contact us.
Something not covered here? Tell us what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version, and your account email.
